By registering at Jamboree, entering our premises, or by using our facilities and any service provided by or at Jamboree, each customer or visitor of Jamboree (and for and on behalf of their wards) (“you”, “your”, or the “visitor”) agree to be bound by the following as may be amended from time to time at the absolute discretion of Jamboree:
- Terms and Conditions set out in this document;
- Any conditions of entry displayed at the facility;
- Notices given to you and / or displayed on or around the premises; and
- Our policies and procedures (whether communicated orally or in writing) as may be notified from time to time
GOLDEN RULES
- All children under three (3) years old (except PlayHouse Preschool students) must be accompanied by an adult (who is 18 years and above). The adult must remain with the child at Jamboree at all times and will be responsible for supervising and caring for the child
- Visitors attend Jamboree and use our facilities at their own risk. Jamboree does not accept responsibility for any injury, accident, incident, damage, loss, theft, or the like that may occur while the visitor is at Jamboree
- Our play facilities pose inherent risks such as, but not limited to, tripping, falling, and bumping into objects and other children. Visitors accept these risks upon entry
- PlayHouse Preschool is open from Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Late pick-up after 2:30 pm will attract a fee of GHS 50 per hour
- Jamboree is open from Monday–Saturday from 9 am -5 pm. Late pick-up after 5:30 pm will attract a fee of GHS 50 per hour
- Jamboree has a no-shoes policy. Adults and children will be required to wear non-slip socks upon entering the facility
- No chewing gum, nuts, sharp objects, unauthorized toys or equipment from home, clothes with ropes/chords, or any object that could cause harm to the visitor or other visitors is allowed at Jamboree
- Please ensure that the play equipment and toys are safe and age-appropriate for your child before using
- Only use play equipment as intended. No climbing on the outside or using equipment in ways it is not designed for
- Jamboree does not accept responsibility for any damaged or stolen items inside or outside our premises. Please take care of your personal property, including strollers and flasks
- Please let us know if your child has any allergies or special requirements
- Jamboree has CCTV cameras operating within and outside the building for security and safety purposes. Please note that your images may be captured and stored by the cameras at the facility
- To keep everyone safe, please don’t enter Jamboree if you’re under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or feeling unwell. And remember—Jamboree is a no-smoking zone
- You must use our equipment with care and report any damage right away. Let’s keep the fun going without any bumps!
- Take good care of our stuff! If a visitor breaks, damages, or loses any toys, play equipment, or items belonging to Jamboree, the visitor shall be responsible for paying for or reimbursing Jamboree for the breakage, damage, or loss
- Keep it friendly! Any unsuitable behaviour toward staff or other visitors will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who is not playing or speaking politely to a member of staff or other visitors without a refund
- To showcase the fun at Jamboree, we may take and use photos and videos of our activities, play, and parties for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your or your child’s images used, please notify us
- Please refrain from approaching our staff or third-party providers for employment or private services
- Where an injury occurs, we will provide first aid and, if needed, transport the child to the nearest hospital with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. All medical expenses will be the responsibility of the parent/ guardian
- Please only park in designated parking spaces outside the premises. Please do not park on pavements, walkways, or accessways to the building. Please note that you park at your own risk and Jamboree does not accept responsibility for any theft, loss or damage to your property or vehicles within or outside the premises
